I have a rave for Carla, who offers Fascia Stretch Therapy. I went to see her with a hip that had been bothering me during and after pregnancy (10 months postpartum at this point). I had mobility challenges with external rotation, feeling like my hip simply wouldn’t go past a certain point. Immediately after her treatment, I had WAY more range of motion!! I could externally rotate my leg farther than I had since before I can remember. She also gave me specific movements to do at home so that I could continue my progress. 10/10 would recommend!
