Heard and felt a crack in my mouth while eating. Went to see Dr.Parsa. Took 7 months and all my insurance money and she could not find the cause of my pain. I finally went to another dentist as the pain was unbearable. It took them 5 minutes to diagnose my problem. My tooth was cracked in half! And I have an abscess under that tooth! All they did was take xrays at different angles. It's as clear as day. Now I have to pay out of pocket for any treatment as Dr Parsa thought the pain was coming from my jaw and got me to buy a night guard. The dental hygienist was good though.

Dr Parsa and her dental assistant are outstanding people and do the best dental work you have ever had. The quality of their work is a perfect score and they ask you if you are satisfied. Sometimes you need to wait but that’s because they make sure it is done right or they fit in an emergency call that could be you. They are honest, kind, funny people and make you feel that you are more than just a number. Trust me you will not be disappointed :):):)

In 2016, I had a broken front tooth. I had called many places in Ottawa, Dr. Parsa took me in between patients and fixed my tooth. It's been about 5 years and I've been thinking to write a review about how great she is! I still have my front tooth intact and I am happy with my results, their service, honesty and reasonable prices. I recommend Britannia Dental Centre to everyone ! Thank you !!
