Great place to train and get fit and healthy. Lots of equipment, very clean gym. The spa room is awesome!friendly staff.nice locker,change rooms. Could use an extra toilet, some time you have to wait. Excellent price for membership. 15.79 month,for basic card,or black card for around 40 a month, gives you unlimited spa use,train any where in planet fitness world,bring a friend for free.

Rewriting for clarity to summarize my situation: Came in at 9pm, wanted to workout and have been a member at an Edmonton location for years now. Was told near the end of workout that I ether ditch my lifting straps or get out very aggressively by a blue haired chick. Left the gym confused and frustrated. Called the next day to speak to a manager l, voicemail said they were closed when they weren't and took 6 calls before I spoke to someone. Manger said I cannot bring any outside equipment, straps, belts, all things that make sure you have safe lifs? Then said it's a policy they sometimes enforce? Regardless I will never visit this location ever again. One workout and one bad experience. Bad attitude all around from staff member and manager. Will drive the extra 5 minutes to the Edmonton location where they don't judge you and pick on you the second you walk in the door.

I just wanted to say how great my experience was at Planet Fitness. The gym was very clean, well-equipped, and welcoming. I especially want to give a big shoutout to Jay and Naheem — they were both incredibly pleasant and professional. Their friendly attitude and helpfulness really made a difference and added to the positive environment. Great job to the whole team!

This gym is very clean, friendly and there is a lot of equipment so you don’t usually have to wait to get on something. Good change rooms as well. Great value overall.
