Geri MichelI had called in to place my order, and in the middle of giving my card information the call was dropped. I have tried repeatedly to call back and I have not been able to get a person to answer the phone. I have been calling during normal business hours. It's 11:00 in the morning. This is no longer a complaint. Someone did reach me and helped me place my order. They were experiencing severe weather and the phone lines were down. I do apologize for my first complaint. The staff is very pleasant, and I am pleased with how they treated me and handled the situation.

I used these products (Loving Care Gift Set) when I was undergoing treatment and they were the best for my skin of any products I was using, including those recommended by medical professionals. I ordered some for a friend beginning treatment and they were delivered to the wrong house. They got another package out immediately and took care of the situation with great haste. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. If you're thinking of giving them a try, especially if you know someone who needs special care for damaged skin, do it! You will not regret it.
philomena pettitmy husband and i both had the ginger and sea salt body scrub and the exfoliating w/cucumber facial. Both amazing. Compared to what i saw on the street near by, Lemon Grass Spa is far superior! The staff were friendly but professional, rooms clean. a keyed locker available for your personal items whilst having a treatment. My only disappointment was that time did not allow us to further indulge.
Susanne ClausenI put in a order on Feb 2nd thinking I would get my product in about 5 days. Well, that didn't happen. Call customer service on Monday 11th and was told "due to the end of the month or first part of the month, orders get out later" REALLY? So, she looks it up my order number and tells me I should have it by Thursday 14th. Thursday comes and NO PRODUCT. Call again. All I get is you should have it by the end of the day from USPS...Friday comes and still no product!!!! It's going on to two weeks!! This is uncalled for!! I will not be back ordering! Worse customer service !! And DO NOT blame USPS for this shipment. Still HAVE NOT received my order! Feb17 2019
