We used Marianna to look at a dairy farm in PEI. It was a difficult experience from the start. From technical problems to communication it was a poor all around. We felt that she does not have neither the buyer or the seller in mind, rather herself and getting a deal done. After submitting an offer with Marianna and then trying to submitting a counteroffer but due to technical issue her and her office were unable to complete. We ended up using another realtor from PEI and had a great experience, someone who was well versed in the industry and someone who cared about your opinion and interests. I would not recommended 10/10 times.

Zeer ervaren makelaar die stad en land afreist om voor en met jou mee te zoeken naar de juiste locatie, meerdere keren als het nodig is. Ze is rechtdoorzee en vertelt het hoe het is, zodat je niet wordt geconfronteerd met vervelende zaken of tegenvallers op een later moment. Ze staat altijd open voor vragen en als ze het antwoord niet direct weet zoekt ze het voor je uit, en komt ze er vaak sneller dan verwacht al op terug. Sommige dingen kosten natuurlijk ook gewoon tijd in zo'n proces. Marianna is echt een grote hulp!
