Hayley JohnsonWe’ve been bringing our French Bulldog, Mabel, to this clinic for a few years now, and the care has always been exceptional. Most recently, we visited due to symptoms of IVDD. Since Mabel was in pain and is reactive around other dogs, I was nervous about bringing her inside. The staff was incredibly accommodating — they allowed me to wait in the car and called me in once the waiting area was clear of dogs, which I really appreciated. We were seen by Dr. Laura Somerville, who was not only knowledgeable and thorough but also very gentle and sweet with Mabel. She took the time to explain everything clearly and even printed off information about Mabel’s possible condition for me to take home. The veterinary technicians were just as wonderful — I believe Tammy was assisting us that day, and she was so kind and supportive. She even helped carry Mabel to the car afterwards since I had my toddler with me. The care didn’t end when we left the clinic. I received at least two follow-up calls to check in on Mabel and offer additional guidance for managing her pain at home. Thanks to their support, Mabel is back to her happy self, and we feel confident knowing how to handle this condition in the future. We’re truly grateful for the compassionate and comprehensive care we received. Thank you so much!!!
Cole BenjaminIf you're looking for the cheapest Vet Clinic around Western Animal Hospital is not the place. However, the care & compassion of these folks cannot be overstated. They treat your pet like their own. You can SEE this when they do examinations, test for pain & stiffness etc. Especially if they discover some & your pet is uncomfortable. I am not a wealty person by any means, but I've been taking my dogs to Western Animal Hospital ..... well, since I've HAD dogs. You wouldn't take your children to a "bargain Doctor", your pets deserve the same. My sincerest thanks to ALL of the staff here for your years of excellent care, compassionate attention, & skilled expertice in all that you do. ❤
