Poor driver at work. Did his best to refuse to pick orders. Had an order from Edmonton to Grand Prairie sitting in my dock for days as it wouldnt be leaving by end of week then when the driver came to pickup refused because I didn't use their company bills. Ok fine even though all information on my bills are same I as his but he didn't care to look, just refused. I've shipped through this company before but never had this poor of service. Then the next day he came into the office after I had call their dispatch to try to pick up again, he just dropped a stack of bills on the desk and was going to leave again until I stopped him and said his load AND bills are ready( I downloaded thiers online). I couldn't believe he was going to leave without taking the shipment again. If my customer didn't specify Western Logistics I would not have continued to use them. Poor experience. I just hope the stuff makes it okay, this guy wouldn't even load his own truck so who knows.
