I had a fantastic experience at the Apple showroom in Westfield Mall Montgomery county The staff were incredibly helpful and professional, especially *Jasmine*, who assisted me throughout. She was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process smooth and pleasant. Her friendly attitude and clear communication truly stood out. This mall is beautifully maintained with some great highlights. The Apple Store is massive, and the food court stands out with high-quality options like Spice (Indian), Cava (make-your-own salad), and a great kabob spot. Parking can be tricky around Christmas, so it’s best to go early. A special feature is the Arclight Movie Theater, originally from California. It offers spacious, high-quality theaters, a bar, and even screens one or two art films you won’t find at other theaters in the area. Truly one of a kind in Maryland.

Most of the stores here are great, and I really hope they’ll continue to hold their own against Amazon. The food court offers a nice variety of options, but during peak hours, finding an available table can be tough. It would be helpful if management found a way to improve table turnover so more people can sit and enjoy their meals.

A mall with 100+ retail shops of all kinds, anchored by Nordstrom and Macy's. Has a food court with dozens of choices. A multiplex movie theater. Huge free parking lots surrounding the mall. Ez on ez off from I270.
