I stopped by Westgate Mall recently and honestly it was kind of a mixed experience. I went to Banters and the owner there is awesome super friendly and great service. But the sports store across from it was a mess, the owner was literally yelling back and forth with a customer. At Auntie Anne’s, the lady pretty much forced a tip which felt weird. The mall overall just gives off a chaotic vibe, kind of like a circus. The parking lot is even worse people speed down the lanes and don’t seem to know how to drive. Definitely not the best mall experience.
Unsafe parking lots. There was shooting not long ago. Two kids died. The mall has gone downhill over the years. People drive crazy in the parking lots. Be careful. Only good thing is market basket and Aldi
This mall used to be awesome back in the 2000s. Now everything is expensive. From fast food to clothing, it gets worse. Not to mention some businesses have their music loud. This is not the place to be if you have bad days. Unless if necessary, I won't come back
