Had an absolutely fabulous time at the Westgate Smokey Mountain Resort and Waterpark. My husband and I and my daughter, son in law and 10 month old grandson stayed in 2 connecting 1 bedroom units that were such a perfect set up and very accommodating. We were in building 160 and had the most amazing views. One morning we had a visit from a cute bear just below our balcony. What an awesome surprise. Check in was very crowded but moved quickly. I can’t say enough about the staff, they go above and beyond to welcome you and always greet you with a smile. Shuttle service was always available. Never had to wait long at all. We had breakfast twice and dinner once at the Southern Comfort restaurant, food was delicious and servers were very attentive. We never were approached by any timeshare people so that was not an issue. So, a big thank you to all the wonderful staff at Westgate resort for helping us make some of the best memories. I miss you already and can’t wait to come and visit again.

Jordan at the Southern Comfort!! We had an absolutely wonderful experience thanks to our amazing server, Jordan. From the moment we were seated, she went above and beyond to make our visit special. She greeted us with a genuine smile and immediately made us feel welcome. Jordan was attentive without ever hovering the perfect balance. Our drinks were always full, our food arrived right on time, and she checked in just when we needed her. She knew the menu inside and out, offering excellent recommendations that ended up being spot-on. What really stood out was her kindness and professionalism. Even when things got busy, she handled everything with calm confidence and a cheerful attitude. You could tell she truly cared about giving us the best experience possible. Jordan turned a regular dinner into something memorable. If every restaurant had someone like her, dining out would always be a joy. Thank you, Jordan — you’re exceptional!

During our say the difference between a 1 star and a 5 star review was Jessica, the Front Desk Manager at Westgate Resort in Gatlinburg! When we had a issue with our room accommodations a male employee told us their was nothing he could do and to contact our travel company and have them fix the error. Simply showing he was not properly trained to offer the type of service that's expected a 4 star resort. Jessica handled it immediately and professionally—she turned what could have been a stressful situation into a positive experience. Her kindness, attention to detail, and dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out. It’s rare to find someone who cares so much about their guests, and Jessica absolutely does. Because of her, we’ll definitely be returning to Westgate Gatlinburg for our next mountain getaway. Thank you, Jessica!

We stayed as a couple and it was amazing. The units are beautiful and well equipped. The beds are comfortable. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The amenities are great. We utilized the pools and hot tub. We went to the indoor water park on a cloudy and rainy day. It was so much fun even as an adult. We ate at Southern Comfort for dinner. The food was delicious. The units and parking lots are on slopes so it might be challenging for those with mobility issues. We highly recommend and will be going back again!
