Permanently Closed. Although it says Temporary, which is false. It hasn't been opened in years. CRA isn't replacing an Office in Hamilton, which is extremely inconvenient for the City. I suspect it depends how much tax is collected in each City before you get the privilege of a local office.

Passport office...process was previous unknown so it wasted 3 hours of my time...process is: Go online, enter data asking for call back within 2 business days, schedule time to come in of which you show up for and get in line as they only take in about 10 people at a time... If you don't have a scheduled time, they will take your info down and then if a space is available, they will fill with you... it's a risk without a scheduled appointment though...security was pleasant and knowledgeable

You come into this building very tense .. It is a scary process, However the staff working in this location. CARE about what you are going through, are there to HELP you through the process .. They are patient, considerate, and above all else great examples of the good our government can do!! thank you
