This is my favourite Ren’s location. It is always clean and well-stocked, with a great variety of treats and toys, which my dog always appreciates. Today I received excellent service from Aaron, who, without being asked, price checked an item for me, telling me that it was on sale. He then searched on line to see if an out of stock item that I was looking for was available somewhere else. He was not only helpful, but also very polite, friendly, and super sweet to my pup. In today’s world, I am finding that this kind of personal service is very rare. I could tell that Aaron took great pride in his store, and truly enjoyed his job. Thank you ! We will be back again soon.

I recently visited Ren's Pets in Ajax to shop for my two dogs and had a mixed experience with their customer service. However, the wide selection of pet food, treats, toys, and other products certainly made the visit worthwhile. On my last visit on July 30, 2023, I was fortunate to be assisted by an employee I had dealt with in the past. Her expertise and helpfulness were commendable, and she efficiently addressed my queries about the food I was purchasing. Moreover, she went above and beyond by answering questions about a dog trimmer I had bought the previous week. I left the store feeling satisfied with her assistance, and this exemplifies the type of customer service I hope to receive consistently. However, I must acknowledge that my past experiences with customer service at Ren's Pets have been hit and miss. During a prior visit when I purchased the dog trimmer, I felt rushed and left with unanswered questions, which left me less than satisfied. The inconsistency in customer service is a concern as it affects the overall shopping experience and leaves customers unsure of what to expect. I hope they focus on providing more consistent and attentive customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Although they carry US products, they are mainly offering Canadian pet supplies. Their staff is helpful and great customer service. They have wide varieties of pet supplies. Great to have a Canadian pet supplies around Durham.

Go to location for my dogs apparel. They have a great selection of pjs, life jackets, harnesses and jackets I've gotten all my dogs stuff from here. Great quality too and often have sales. I recommend!
