After my original veterinarian retired many years ago, I was lost and very unsure of where I’d take my dog. I tried a few places and was not satisfied with how they treated my dog and myself. North Oakville Animal Hospital completely changed that feeling for us. Dr. Jen and Victoria are absolutely amazing as well as the front staff. I haven’t met anyone else but I’m sure they live up to the word. They are super comforting and sweet to Lexi and I appreciate it so much especially as she gets older. Thank you so much for making us feel comfortable and being so gentle and kind to Lexi.

I think I deleted my original review whoops! We love NOAH, we have been bringing my dog here for just over 10 years now, and every experience has been great. 3 most notable times they went above and beyond; - Dog went in for annual bloodwork and check up maybe 3-4 years ago and they noticed an increase in a specific mineral (? i forget honestly ) in her urine that could effect kidney function/be one of the first signs of kidney disease - they recommend we switch to science diet and gave us a few recommendations as I like researching too - Since switching, her levels are back to normal and shes moving quicker than before! - She has had her teeth cleaned here twice, once at around 7 and once at 13. The recent time, I was a mess, I was so anxious about her going under anesthesia as shes now a senior. I was reassured by Dr. Jen by email (I asked at least 8 questions and each was answered in thoughtful detail). It really helped put me at ease, she knew the procedure would be happening regardless but she still had it in her heart to put my mind at ease. Additionally to that, they did her surgery first and kept her the full day for monitoring. When she was waking from anesthesia we were told she was singing and all she wanted was to cuddle, and the techs and dr.jen did just that. They made her feel safe and loved while waking up which is really important to me as my dog is a ball of anxiety. - Recently she miscalculated a jump, hit the coffee table, and the door jamb down the hallway as she was running. She started to cry and wouldn't put weight on her leg. My dad called NOAH and they fit her in for an appointment 20 mins after that call. She was sore but okay in the end of it all but appreciated the fact they were able to see us so quick Overall, Dr.Jen, Dr. Sue, and the lovely receptionists and technicians have always handled my dog with care as if she were their own and im thankful for that.

I am so happy that North Oakville Animal Hospital provided excelent care for our cat Nordi. The level of care, providing all necessery information and guidence, follow ups and most importantly loving Nordi like their own made the entire neutering operation stress free.
