I had a great experience at this dental office. The staff was welcoming, professional, and efficient from start to finish. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly, answered my questions, and made the whole appointment comfortable. The clinic was clean and modern, and I never felt rushed. I was in desperate need of an urgent tooth extraction for my mom today before her chemo treatment. I called a few places begging for help but no one could find time for her. In my last attempt, I called this place and they answered within seconds. When I explained the situation and asked for an urgent meeting today or tomorrow, they offered a spot in 20 minutes. They not only helped my mom with the urgent issue, they were very kind and sweet to her. They made her feel calm and welcome. Provided all information and they said will follow up soon. I don’t have enough kind words of gratitude towards them. Thank you so much!

Fantastic people that work here at Richmond Hill Smiles. From the bright, beautiful, kind, empathetic receptionist, to the nurse who handeled my teeth with care,love and great focus. She insured that the job was done with proper focus. I will for sure spread their name to anyone and all who need their teeth taken cared of in the best ways. The entire team here treat everyone like family with the utmost care, humbleness and grace. Plus they keep you update on what they are doung while they are doing the job, every step of the way making sure you understand whats going on and give you options on what you want done next on you. Not forced uppon like other dentists do from time to time. Great dentists who are well informed and through in their feild of proffession. Great place and highly recommend !!

AMAZING dental clinic!! Very knowledgeable staff and the office manager at the front, Iliana, is an absolute sweetheart. Dr. Shelina squeezed me in to assess a very painful tooth ache, determined what the cause was, and got it resolved within the hour!! Definitely switching from my old clinic to here! Thank you so much to the amazing staff working here!
