Hands down one of the BEST shopping experiences I’ve had. TNT is top-tier can really tell the quality and attention to detail in every piece. The vibe of the store is modern, clean, and welcoming, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful without being pushy. What I love most is that they carry unique, stylish pieces you won’t find anywhere else. Whether you’re looking for everyday staples or standout statement pieces, they’ve got you covered. Had the worst customer experience here today. It’s upsetting to see so many reviews describing the same treatment from the asian woman with black glasses (her name is Kim) - showing this has been an ongoing issue that management has failed to address. I have never left a review before, but her behaviour was so horrible that I felt I needed to speak up in hopes that management recognizes this is a consistent problem and ensures no one else has to go through the same experience. She basically repeatedly implied I couldn’t afford anything - asking several times if my hesitation to purchase was due to my budget. When I said no, she actually asked what I did for work to determine what I could afford. It was completely humiliating and made me feel singled out and judged based on how I looked. If that wasn’t enough, I picked out a pair of jeans in my size, and she took them out of my hands, insisting they would be “WAY too small” for me. She then picked out a pair two sizes larger, and when I went into the fitting room, she didn’t even include the size I had originally picked out. The larger pair was massive on me, but I was so uncomfortable at that point that I didn’t even care to go back out and get the smaller ones. For someone who has struggled with body issues and dysmorphia for years, this was especially hurtful. There were so many other comments that she made - but they were all centred around me not being her "regular client" type, how me trying on clothes was taking away options from other customers, the clothes I picked out being too small for me and her assumptions on my financial position. I have been a TNT shopper for years, and would come all the time with my Mom, but this experience made me feel unwelcome and embarrassed, and I will not be returning. Kim’s behavior is truly unprofessional, condescending, and damaging to the store’s reputation. What’s even more disappointing is that, based on other reviews, this is not an isolated incident and TNT seems okay with someone like this to represent their brand - if this is the standard the store finds acceptable, it shows how little they value respectful and inclusive customer service. I truly hope management takes this seriously, because I would hate for another customer to be treated this way.

If no star is an option, I would give it to TNT. I placed an online order successfully. A week has gone by and I decided to send an email to follow up as there is no response from TNT. Within half an hour, someone from TNT sent a return email advising the item is unavailable. This is an unacceptable mean of doing business. If the item is unavailable, TNT should notify the customer immediately and give the customer a refund right away. Why are you keeping my money for something that you cannot deliver? This is totally wrong. This is not the first time I experience this. I will NEVER purchase from TNT again. It sounds like a scam to be honest.
