Asistí a un evento nocturno y la vista es espectacular y privilegiada. De las.mejores que he tenido del obelisco. Me gustó muchísimo. Al ingresar al edificio te controlan por documento hasta que te dan el ok para ingresar. Los ascensores modernos. Buena experiencia.

Muy buen espacio de trabajo. Cuenta con espacios de trabajo individuales, salas de reuniones o de trabajo grupal. Espacios compartidos con servicios de té, café y agua. Las oficinas tienen todas una vista increíble de l ciudad y el Rios. Cuenta con un espacio de relax en el piso 38 con algunos juegos y bar para after office o tomar algo en cualquier momento

The co-working space itself has a lot of potential. However, my experience on the 38th floor has been consistently frustrating. There is a recurring issue where an entire company occupies the main hot-desking section (usually the one nearest the entrance), treating it as their private office. This regularly leaves only a single remaining hot desk, with about 12 chairs, for all other individuals. The only alternative is to work from the couches, which causes back pain and is completely impractical for anyone needing a proper workspace for an extended period. The group's loud, full-volume conversations and desk-side meals make it impossible for anyone else to focus. What makes this particularly baffling is that a group of this size could easily rent a dedicated office space, which would leave the common area for the individuals it's designed for. This shouldn't even be an issue. On the rare days this group isn't present, the difference is night and day, and it's a fantastic place to work. However, as a programmer who needs a proper desk setup to be productive, this situation makes me seriously question the value of my $180 monthly membership. Frankly, it makes me want to skip paying and just stay home. I hope management can enforce clearer rules about noise levels and the appropriate use of common areas by large groups. Until then, I cannot recommend this for individuals, programmers, or small groups looking for a productive hot-desking environment.
