I honestly can’t rate Gemma highly enough. I went in feeling pretty broken to be honest — tight back, stiff neck, the usual “busy life catching up with you” stuff — and she just gets it straight away. No fluff, no nonsense, just properly knows her craft and explains everything in normal language so you actually understand what’s going on. What I really like is that she doesn’t just crack you and send you on your way. She looks at the bigger picture, gives proper advice, simple things to work on at home, and you leave feeling like there’s an actual plan in place. After a couple of sessions I felt looser, moving better, sleeping better — even my posture improved she’s professional but also really easy to chat to, which makes the whole thing feel relaxed rather than clinical. If you’re on the fence, just book in. Genuinely one of those “should’ve done this sooner” decisions.

Nicole is brilliant! I came to her with back, neck and shoulder issues and she has been incredibly effective. Through a mix of adjustments, dry needling and tailored exercises, she’s helped ease the pain and improve my mobility.
