Cheap clothes, but decent prices. Some name brands, which is nice to see. Kind of a flea market vibe with the variety of items they stock. Sales are always good too! Convenient location downtown near bus routes.
Cashier was very rude, I couldn't believe what I was listening to. She spoke directly to my 4 year old special needs child who was upset I had him sit in the wagon. Got to the checkout and the first thing she said to him was " oh are you upset you didn't get what you wanted". I stayed calm and said he don't understand what your saying. Which in return she says " well he knocked it off didn't he?". Still kept my cool and continued to pay, another chashier mentioned premature babies and I said oh he was one too. I said they are prone to many developemental like autism, up and then the rude cashier cuts me off and says " don't make excuses for him". Then I began to say how completely out of line and disrespectful she was. Also during our time here a male employee (amazing guy) brought my daughter a stuffie he liked and she accidently placed it somewhere and couldn't find it. Him and her looked for it and the rude cashier brought it to the till. Us thinking she did it so we didn't lose it again but no she sold it to another child before we got to the till and had this exchange. So her " oh you mad you didn't get what you want" comment made more sense once i got home and my oldest told me what happened to the stuffed toy I thought we got. Didn't notice at the time as I was overwhelmed with what she was saying to my child then me. We called multiple times to try and get the manager as I said I was going to do. So now I have called headquarters waiting for a callback by them. DO NOT GO HERE , especially if you have children with needs who get overstimulated and upset.
