She really takes the time to address all your issues and provides great stretches and alternatives to recovery. I highly recommend her and I cannot wait to continue my journey with her postpartum.

I started seeing Dr. Shah about half-way through my pregnancy due to severe pelvic pain. She made a tremendous difference in helping to manage my pain which allowed me to be able to remain active for work and leisure through the remainder of my pregnancy. Dr. Shah never made appointments seem rushed, she provided me with home exercises and shared helpful tips and insight about pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. I’ve continued to see her postpartum and appreciate the assessment and recommendations she makes that are not addressed at an OB/Gyne postpartum appointment. I would highly recommend her to any pregnant woman in the area!
