As we begun planning our special day, we looked for the services of a wedding coordinator to help see us through. Of the three consultants we reviewed, Shawna was the only one who took the time to meet with us in person and learn a bit about who we are, what our styles and tastes were, and our desires for our big day. We knew before the end of the meeting that she was the one we needed! From start to finish, Shawna had our backs every step of the way! The tools she provided, the guidance and support she gave, and the (frequent!) assurances that we were not behind schedule, all culminated in the most amazing day we could have imagined, wherein Shawna displayed her true talents throughout the entire day! Our day went off without a hitch (at least...not noticeable to us!), which is the mark of a true and passionate coordinator who truly loves what they do! Shawna was our "day-of" wedding coordinator, and she did an amazing job at ensuring our wedding day unfolded without a hitch (or as much as we could hope for with our 3-month old baby in tow!). She was kind, thoughtful, detail-oriented, and put me at ease throughout the day (and the weeks leading up to the wedding). As someone who typically wants to oversee/micro-manage everything, I initially found it hard to step back and let Shawna manage/organize the day.
