We've scheduled for 3yrs now and appreciate and look forward to these appointments every time!! Merlynn is 4yrs old and a domestic short hair. We started grooming appointments shortly after she turned 1. It doesn't matter which staff member handles the grooming, she's used to them now, and the team is extremely well trained, full of expert knowledge, and have wonderful personalities themselves! Their cat "handling and maneuvers" are impeccable and totally worth it (especially when your kitty wants to run and hide, lol) and they smoothly get everything done the professional, educated, safe way. Every 8-10 weeks, Merlynn gets Nails w/ Benefits which is important for nail trimming, face/ear cleaning, deep brush or bath. It's a service that holds all of us accountable for caring and loving our fur family members the right way 👌🏼, so they all go the extra mile. This team guides you with ALL proper cat care and I learn something new every time - BOOK IT 🐈‍⬛💕

Carolyn and her team are very knowledgeable and skilled at their craft - They groomed my notoriously wiggly cat with confidence, and peppered their thoughtful, attentive service with tips and advice on everything from grooming techniques to food recommendations. Incredible! What a huge difference! Our 17lb. 4 year old longhaired cat had knots and mats all over his body. I had read about how painful it can be for cats and how thin their skin can be and knew he needed to be shaved and that I needed a professional to do it. And I wanted it to be as stress free as possible for our cat, as he’s prone to stress. The scheduling was easy and I was able to make an appointment that wasn’t too far out. For the appointment, Royston and his wonderful assistant came within the window that they had given and quickly got situated. They were gentle and fast and gave my cat a lion style cut before he had a chance to be bothered by it. Super fast and easy and stress free! But that’s not even the best part. By the next day, my cat was like a whole different guy! Livelier and much more affectionate. I didn’t realize how much happier my cat would be with all the mats removed. I will absolutely be a repeat customer and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

She was the best cat groomer I have ever been to, she was fast and professional as can be. She also was easy to talk to and gave advice with diet and types of combs to use. Gave me advice to go to get her dental hygiene checked and how old she might be by her teeth. Squishy didn’t mind her and I highly recommended Carolyn for your cat.
