Dr Thai has been great. I was in pain and he got me in quickly and out of pain. I would recommend him to all my family and friends. The staff and office are always on point too which provides a great atmosphere.

Dr. Thai is highly professional and easygoing, always showing respect for his clients. He offers the best treatment plans and takes great pride in his work. And, checks on your wellbeing throughout the procedure. You can trust him to keep those pearls in excellent condition. I've never had any issues with appointments, and the staff is upfront about pricing. The dental exam rooms are well-maintained, and the office is always spotless. Most importantly, I appreciate being able to settle my bill on the day of service—it’s incredibly convenient. Keep up the excellent work. If I could give them negative stars I would. My wife went in to try and get 3 brand new crowns put in after receiving 3 implants. We went in got them measured and all the information sent over to the insurance company. The cost was about $6000 or $2000 per crown. After 3-4 weeks of waiting for the insurance company’s predetermination to come back. When it did it showed the $2000 would be paid by insurance and $2000 paid by the patient and there was $2000 that was labeled a “provider non billable amount” meaning it was a discount and Colonial Dental would not be receiving that money from myself or my insurance. After waiting another 2-3 weeks AFTER the predetermination came back we started wondering what’s taking so long to get us scheduled so we called and were informed they were still processing the paperwork they got back from the insurance company. Again 2-3 weeks after that we call back to find out the wont provide the crowns for us because the amount they would receive wouldn’t cover the cost and materials they need. The sad part about all of this is we waited almost 10 weeks to finally find out they wouldn’t take us and they didn’t even call me, I had to call them. Mind you this whole time we could’ve had the ball rolling with a different dentist. Just absolutely terrible service I was amazed. If you need dental work just go elsewhere.

Do not recommend. They don't honor appointments. They don't need your appointment. Edited: I attached Tuna N. Thia, DMD's physical mailed response regarding my review. No worries, Tuna N. Thia. I informed my husband that he wasn't attending his appointment as soon as the dental location didn't honor my appointment. Upon arrival, staff informed me that staff canceled my appointment. Rescheduling my Monday appointment for Thursday doesn't unwaste my time. Now you justify since you're not God, you can make this professional act of disrespect?
