I recently used this company to take my mother to a doctor’s appointment, and I was very impressed with their service. I was running late and arrived just after they had already dropped her off. To my surprise, the driver stayed with my mom and made sure she got safely into her appointment. That extra level of care was so thoughtful and reassuring. They were incredibly kind to my mother, and I truly appreciate the support they provided. I would highly recommend their services.

Fabulous service from start to finish! Courteous and caring driver Chris was great. He came right into the nursing home for my mom and I and parked at the hospital and then pushed my mom in her wheelchair fight to the orthopedic clinic and then on the return trip he came to get us at the clinic.

I have used White Wings several times to transport my wheelchair-bound father to appointments. I am always impressed with them! I have had a few different drivers, including the owner and his son, and a wonderful woman named Mary, and all of them were friendly, always on time, and treat my father and I extremely well. When we had an appointment at the hospital, and I wasn't sure how to get where we needed to go, Mary took us to the exact place we needed to be in the hospital! Such great service! I tried a wheelchair taxi once, but they were late, and said they couldn't guarantee a time, so we were late for an appointment. I won't do that again! I would recommend White Wings to anyone who needs to be somewhere at a specific time, and wants reliable, friendly service.
