Couldn't be happier! Our second floor ensuite required all the fixtures to be installed and Ian and Tristan rocked it out. Big shout out to those guys for going over and above. The crew came on time, zero drama, worked efficiently and the product looks awesome. The advice and discussion was helpful as well to plan for future projects. We will definitely be using Whiteway again and would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering. (Note: project is still mid-renovation)
Our experience with Whiteway has not been productive. Firstly, they showed up 40 minutes earlier than the appointment and not having the camera that we specifically asked for to determine the blockage. After snaking the drain, they left to retrieve the camera, and after 40 minutes returned with the necessary equipment. We assume that we are charged for that 40 minutes travel time, although the invoice on this is obscure. We are also charged for sundry items, glue, screws, not used as far as we know. The fuel charge is listed however. The workers left leaving a sink full of water with instructions to use soda and vinegar to clear it. We have been trying to communicate with Whiteway. So far our 2 phone calls and 2 emails have remained unanswered.
Excellent experience with Whiteway Plumbing. Their online booking system and communication regarding your appointment is very convenient and keeps you informed. They came in and did the job efficiently and professionally with no muss, no fuss. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for plumbing services in KW.
