We hired Keen for a complete house remodel/addition and we are thrilled with the outcome. We had never been through any construction project before and the Keen team was so helpful with every aspect of the project from answering questions, to selections, to making sure we got what we wanted. Communication was outstanding. We were always kept in the loop and knew the status at all times. They stayed ahead of schedule and finished our project earlier than anticipated, which is simply amazing and unheard of. We can’t thank Keen enough and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

I used Keen to renovate my home and turn 1400 sq ft to 2800sq ft. This was a big project during the height of Covid and all the supply chain impacts. Like every project we were presented with difficulties. Keen did a great job addressing those concerns, coming up with solutions that fit our need and budget, and stood bye their work post finish. I would highly recommend Alex and his team for their responsiveness, their “do the right thing” attitude even at a cost to their own business, and their ability to lead us through an incredibly challenging environment.

We used Keen for a fully custom new home build and couldn't be happier. Prior to meeting the team we had planned to use a different builder; however, after speaking with Alex and the rest of the crew we realized that we were more comfortable (and excited) with Keen taking on the project. As with any job of this scale, there were several hiccups (none of which were caused by Keen), but the team handled things promptly and kept things moving. Sam was in constant communication with us, making sure we were looped in and there were no surprises to us as the clients. We've now been settled into our home for 6 months and are just as happy and excited as the day we moved in. Hopefully this is our forever home, but if not, we'd easily trust Keen with another project.
