If you are seeking experienced counsel, Ben is absolutely the right choice. I was in a desperate time crunch to find an attorney for my boyfriend and after contacting many law offices, it was clear Ben was the best fit. I cannot recommend Benjamin Herbst enough. This was my first ever experience in 45 years with any kind of legal issues and choosing a lawyer is not like choosing a restaurant. You only get one shot to get it right and this was a serious situation. I was incarcerated for 150 days in the worst place on the planet, Baltimore City. I was facing a possible felony and 20+ years in jail. I put my life in Ben’s hands and I was pleased with the outcome thanks to his knowledge and expertise navigating this. Every legal situation is different his personal attention and servitude was second to none. I would never wish this situation on anyone but if you find yourself looking for a lawyer, Ben is the one to choose.
