If I could do less then one star I would and just so you know there are atheist 4 companies connected together all different names. This has been the worst experience. They do not communicate with their customers. I ordered 3 items, 2 different sets of 96 bracelets, and 12 bandanas. One order of bracelets was canceled without notice and I only got half of the other with out them asking if that was OK. The Bandanas are so thin they are going to rip with any pressure, if held to the light you are blinded. I emailed and asked questions about my order because all I got at first was 48 bracelets. I thought the rest were coming. I'm only getting 48 because they have no more. They are still for sell on their site though. I xan return the paper thin bandanas at my cost. I was told on the phone that I should not expect more because they don't cost that much like going to dollar tree and dollar store, they are better from dollar stores. I asked if I could get half of my shipping back because I was not informed I was only getting half of the bracelets. They said NO! The woman was rude about it as if I was asking for gold. I was think of the cost at 96 with shipping not 48 with the same shipping.

Horrible customer service. We ordered 75 bike helmets for a time-sensitive marketing campaign and only 30 arrived. 3 weeks later they told me (only after calling) that they can't find any more. So they confirmed the order and shipping when they never even had that many pieces available. In my first 2 phonecalls, I was very polite--NOBODY once apologized for the trouble and inconvenience. They said they would call me back in an hour after talking to the warehouse and nobody bothered calling me back--I had to inquire again the next day on my own. When I requested a refund for the helmets they could not fulfill (which were paid for by credit card) they said their credit card terminal was not working and hadn't been for two weeks and had no idea when it would be up again!!! I am a buyer for many businesses and I will never buy from this company again.
