I was on the hunt for the specific beef ribs plate cut but could only find them online. While in conversation with a friend I was told that he had made a purchase for beef ribs and lo and behold they were Dino ribs. I decided to give them a shot and turned out to be one of the best food purchases I’ve ever made. I smoked them for 8 hours at 250 degrees and the results were absolutely impressive, as the pictures show. The price point for the quantity and the quality of meat is more than reasonable. If you’re in the market for beef Dino ribs, restaurant depot is your spot!

When a manager takes items off of my cart to put it back and says that members are the only ones who are allowed to buy closeouts, I know this is a lie. When he tells me that he doesn't care that I have been a loyal customer since this store opened, and tells me to go shop at Publix, this is a problem. When I ask for a manager and he smugly points to a sign with his name and title, and says you are looking at him, this is unacceptable. Not sure why I was treated so poorly when all I wanted to do was pay for my items, but this is NOT acceptable. Not only was he rude, but made me go back to the shelf and get the items he took from my cart. DANIEL DOWDY ( assistant manager) needs some customer service training. He was rude, condescending and so unpleasant. The words " I don't care" should never be used with customers, Period.

the Assistant manager was so rude. I had a truck delivery for a load, but instead he was getting smart the whole time with me. as a truck driver. I tried to be respectful. If you can, please avoid that guy this was at the Homewood al restaurant depot I just walked off and shook my head before I got into trouble

Shame on you Mr Dowdy! The way you yelled at those customers in front of your employees and other guests was uncalled for. This was over a close out item that you did not want to sell to a non member. Then you proceed to take those items and return it to the freezer while yelling,”I AM THE BOSS and YOU WILL NOT TALK TO ME LIKE THAT!” Go back to school and take a managing/customer service/hospitality 101 course. He then proceeds to tell the guests,”Next time, go shop at Publix!” Are you kidding me? Word has it borderland security is hiring. RESTAURANT DEPOT: Get rid of this guy! He is unfit to deal with the public. UNACCEPTABLE!!
