Total purchase of 10 Gaylords pallets over the past four months. Listed as having 1400-1700 DVDs each, none came in over 1300. Each one had roughly 300 bad dvds (scratched/cracked/not usable) 100 workout videos (Jillian). Reached out to Jesse after the first couple of pallets and he ensured me this was not normal. Purchased more and still the same results. If anyone is interested in 1000 workout videos or 3000 broken ones let me know. *We have a professional resurfacing machine for our business that we use prior to selling. Mixed feelings here. I understood and fully expected to see a wide variety of movies and disc conditions. I first, however, wanted to see what I could expect from them by testing things out. I opted for the smallest amount of movies - a box of 75 movies for $37. Roughly 10 days later the movies are at my door. 3 cases have no disc (updated from 1 to 3) 4 movies are duplicates. I could see about having duplicates if I was ordering hundreds or thousands of movies, but I only opted for 75. How do you send so many duplicates for the smallest amount you offer? I expected better from such a small quantity order. Ordering through them was easy. The movies showed up in a box they fit well in, no extra packing material was used and it arrived in a decent amount of time. The real downside was all the duplicates I saw for just an order of 75 movies. **Update** Going through I found a second movie without a disc, that makes 2 DVD cases that came with no disc. I've thus dropped my rating from 3 to 2. **Update 2** Finished going through all the movies as I put them on my server and came across a third case with no disc. Another movie had deep grooves on it and wouldn't play. That makes 4 duplicates, 3 cases without a disc and one that doesn't work. That means I only got 67 functional movies in all. I'm officially moving my rating score to 1. I wasn't expecting perfection, but this much of a screw up on the smallest order is very unsatisfactory.

Buyers Beware - I bought a small 100-game lot promising 100 games with minimal repeats and a "wide variety of games". I received my package which at first glance had 100 games. I sorted them and found 20% had repeats 60% were sports 7 discs were missing and a few were DVDs... I understand having mishaps and maybe 2 or 3 repeats, but this is terrible. I have used you guys before this is not what I was expecting at all nor did you even meet the requirements of 100 games since some were missing and the DVD mix up...

Was super excited to try out this company this year. We purchased on January 22nd, and JUST received tracking information for our order on February 13th. We were told a 1-3 business day processing time. Emails were responded to very quickly at first when asking about order confirmation and processing times. After that, I could not get an answer from this company except twice. I sent numerous emails trying to get any sort of information and got crickets. I finally heard back that they snow was delaying them on February 3rd and they would try and send out within the next couple of days. Even though it had already been two weeks since the order was placed. I gave them the extra time and STILL never heard anything back until February 13th after I filed a claim with my bank. Suddenly I received tracking and they shipped out the items to me on the 13th. Very poor communication and super sad to have had this experience. :(
