My first experience with Wholesale Roofers was via Tim Kretzer in June 2025. My wife called several roofing companies within the Hampton Roads area after we had a ceiling leak in our master bedroom. Tim, who is a general manager, came out to evaluate our roof for a new shingle installation. Tim came out because his team was taking family leave, and he wanted to ensure business was taken care of. Tim met with us and got to know us some, took pictures of our roof, and then showed us the offerings for a "bumper to bumper" warranty on a new roof installation that we wanted. We were shown electronic slide decks of the GAF system roof and how it worked and showed us their quality. Finally, Tim worked with us on financing and got us a price below what my wife and I were thinking. Mr. Kretzer and Wholesale Roofers gave us a discount on being a veteran, so it's wonderful that they support our community. Don't take my word for it, though, and do your research through the BBB, Angi, and other home repair/improvement websites. You'll come to see that Wholesale Roofers are rated on delivering, with quality customer service, exactly what they advertise. Thanks, Wholesale Roofers, and thank you Tim Kretzer!

We are thoroughly happy with our new roof. The team knocked it out in one day & it looks fantastic. They went the extra mile to paint the drain vents to match the shingles, & to clean up all loose debris. Ray sold us our roof and he was excellent. We highly recommend this company!

This business worked on our roof last month and when it rained heavily we discovered a leak. The business was notified last week by my husband and we were told someone would get back to us then and told again yesterday, yet no one has got back to us. It’s almost as if a leak and damage isn’t a huge deal. Will update this review when we get proper communication and our roof fixed! To the reponse of this business, isn’t this your business sign you placed in the front of my home the day PRIOR to your services? I also have camera footage of your crew working and the roofing contract with both my name and my husbands. Congratulations, you played yourself. So please stop playing and fix my roof. Update: Crew came to my home when no one was home to fix the leak. Photos is provided for the work done to tend to the leak after replacing our whole roof.. Don’t recommend this company at all!

Roof appears ok, but the company left a real mess that I had to clean and stuff fell into my eyes when I pulled the attic door to see if there are any gaps. I noticed 4 gaps in the roof and I took pictures. The sales person was good, the work was sub par considering the price.
