Despite the hot water tank still being completely full, he removed it with ease under extenuating circumstances, my dog constantly barking and trying to insert himself in the process. He kept the work area clean and protected the house. We had some issues with the element of the unit but Sean stayed behind to make sure all was well. We also had a follow up from Mikey, and exceptional service again. Very knowledgeable and he was able to get us service right away. Really appreciate Whyte!
