What a brilliant shop , i have very big and strange feet. As of10 years ago ,I need to try shoes on before purchasing . This is now almost impossible (also have had some medical problems with my feet ). I tried on different sizes until i found the correct size ! The trainers are very comfortable. Lovely service, friendly and helpful thank you so much -- no more crushed feet .
So far my experience with this company is not good. My first order I placed I called ahead of time to make sure I was ordering the right size and I was assured that I was. Neither pair of shoes that I ordered fit and it cost a fortune to return them. Now I placed another order, which still shows available online, but for some reason, they are returning my money, even though I did the transaction through PayPal, no explanation was given. So not sure if I will ever order again.
Excellent service: the owner fully understood my problems (bunion & big toe arthritis) and helped me test a bunch of shoe sizes & shapes they had in store. I walked out in my new shoes and immediately felt more comfortable and my pain was relieved. I also know my size now and it makes it easier to order additional shoes online in the future, but I recommend visiting in person if you can. The price was fair and there’s a wide selection of styles colors etc to choose exactly what you fancy. Honestly I’m surprised it took me so long to get shoes like these, I feel like every physiotherapist and surgeon in London should recommend a visit here for any foot problems to complement the treatment :)
