This was my first time renting a storage unit, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Peter, the manager, is incredibly friendly and made the whole process smooth and easy. There were no sneaky tactics or hidden tricks, just clear, honest communication and straightforward terms. When it came time to move out, Peter made that just as simple. I called with a few questions, and he took the time to break everything down clearly so I knew exactly what to expect and do. 100% worth the investment, and I would highly recommend this Wildcat Storage location to anyone looking for a reliable place to rent a unit.

They could not have been any more pleasant to deal with. A business that it genuinely feels good to patronize, which is unfortunately rare these days. I can't recommend this spot enough; incredibly safe, unit was clean and affordable. 10/10

We rented two units for about a year each. The customer service with the location is above and beyond. We never had any issues, and Peter is great! When we switched to a larger unit Peter was excellent in helping us get everything taken care of and even looked for potential unit close to the one we had at the time to make the transition easier. We recently bought a home, and have storage space which that is the only reason we left the location. Definitely recommend!
