VERY POOR COMMUNICATION. I am an investor and was interested in several properties advertised. Some lady from AZ. Christie and another realtor Mr. Wagner both dropped the ball. I have pasted my discontent with the Broker, no apologies Mr. Rhodes was more interested in trying to sell me the properties w/o addressing the issue with his "chosen" realtors. So close to initiating an examination of their practices to the State Bar but I think NOT buying the 4 properties that I was interested in will help send the message, along with my YouTube page and almost 2M followers.

I highly recommend Nick Rhoades when looking for a realtor. After living in my home for 3 years, I decided to move back to North Carolina to raise my kids. I gave Nick a call, he was extremely knowledgeable and gave me some good tips as to the things I needed to do before putting my house on the market. Once I completed the improvements to my house as suggested, he was able to get the house on the market right away. He kept me informed on showings and feedback from the buyers.
