I really wish I could give 0 star to write a review for the people working in Evernew square one location are so rude and they don’t know how to behave with the customers. Christabell was the one who sold the dress with the defective tag on and now when I came for the return she didn’t take it back and said that the dress is not in a perfect condition and I was so shocked. I bought dress from Evernew and I didn’t wear it at all. All the tags and everything was in a perfect condition. They refused to take it back because they didn’t check before selling that the there is some issue with the tag. I also asked them to check the cameras and to check if it is worn or not. They were not at all supportive. That dress was not worn because it was too tight and everything was intact. They refused to return and christable was the lady whose behave was so rude.

Ever New at Square One is one of my favorite places to shop! Their women’s clothes always have great quality and beautiful styles. As a hijabi Muslim woman, I always find what I’m looking for here which is not easy in many stores. I really appreciate that their styles work so well for modest fashion too. The customer service at this location is always so kind and helpful. A week ago, I went in to find a dress for an occasion. One of the ladies working there (unfortunately I didn’t catch her name) was amazing—she asked me about the occasion and helped me choose a dress that felt perfect. She was super helpful, kind, and made the whole experience enjoyable. Thank you so much to the Ever New team, especially that sweet sales associate, for making shopping such an easy and enjoyable experience. And thank you for hiring staff who truly care about helping customers. 💕

I recently shopped at the square one location and had an amazing experience! The sales associate Olivia, was a huge help and very sweet! She was quick to greet me and got me in a fitting room quick. She was quick to offer sizes and different styles. Will definitely be shopping there again!
