Since the moment I called and spoke with the receptionist(Melissa I believe?) She was super sweet and understanding of my situation. I was currently 38 weeks pregnant and had an infected root canal that needed emergency treatment. She very kindly and promptly said I could go in same day to get it looked over. Because of the previous bad dental experience I had had, I was super nervous and afraid it would go bad just like the last time. However, the moment we walked in, everyone was welcoming and helpful. My next appointment was no different. I was able to go in a 2 days before my actual appointment and again, everyone was helpful, professional and attentive to my needs. I was referred to a specialist because of my worsened case but the whole experience was calming. I had had the best care I could have gotten from everyone! Thank you to all of you, may God bless you for the great work you do. Keep up the great work. For sure the best experience I've had at a dentist clinic since EVER.

The staff and Dr. Kaufman are some of the kindest people on the planet. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a dentist that is caring, gentle, non-judgmental, and just about the nicest person there is, to schedule an appointment here. I have found my forever dentist for my entire family, and that is a great feeling!! Hands down, best dentist in town. ~*~

This place is great. They are wonderful, professional and most importantly they are great when it comes to teeth. The dentist was very proficient when having to remove a back molar. Highly recommend Roots Dental.
