Still fairly new to Dr. Smith’s office, but I felt welcomed right away—like part of the family. A few standouts deserve mention: hygienists Julie and Brie, and Savannah at the front desk. Julie has a warmth that instantly puts you at ease, the kind of calm presence that makes you feel better just by being around her. Brie is a spark plug—quick, relatable, and genuinely engaging. She doesn’t just “do her job”; she turns a routine appointment into a real conversation (not an easy talent to come by!). Savannah, meanwhile, is a gem both on the phone and in person. She went above and beyond to fit me in quickly, even adding me to the cancellation list. She also explained the financial side of things clearly and kindly, making sure I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in. After just two visits, I can honestly say this office is top-notch. Having worked in the dental field myself, I recognize when a team goes above expectations—and this one absolutely does. Highly recommended!

My hygienist is the best! She always takes her time to listen to my concerns and does an amazing job cleaning my teeth❤️ Dr. Emerick is phenomenal And has great bedside manner. I’d highly recommend this office to anyone.
