Richmond team is amazing - good people that help with your design. That said, cabinets to go as a whole has major issues. Our install has been delayed by 3 months. You heard that right - we've had no kitchen for 3 months. When we try to reach out to the central office (Customer Care team) we get zero response. I've been calling cabinets to go everyday for the past month and have yet to receive any phone call from a supervisor to address these major delays. Buyer beware, you are better off going to a company that will actually respond to you. Everytime we have called, conveniently, "Molly" is not in or is unavailable and the customer care reps can't do anything. All they do is escalate, promise a response within 24-48 hours. The result is pure radio silence. This is wholly unacceptable and beyond frustrating - this project was supposed to be completed by CHRISTMAS and we are sitting here in March eating microwaved ramen. UPDATE: it's near the end of March (3/25) and C2G is still not responding to us in a timely fashion. Kitchen isn't finished yet. A total debacle.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Cabinets To Go has been nothing short of a nightmare. They made multiple major mistakes—ordering the wrong cabinets, failing to check if the range cabinet was compatible with my appliance, and then dragging their feet on fixing their errors. Because of their incompetence, my kitchen renovation has been delayed by three months, leaving me without a functional kitchen and causing significant financial losses. To make matters worse, they are now trying to charge me extra for things that were clearly included in the original design, even though I have proof that nothing has changed. Their lack of accountability, terrible communication, and complete disregard for customer service are beyond frustrating. I’ve wasted countless hours trying to get them to fix their mistakes, and they just keep making excuses. Save yourself the stress, money, and frustration—go anywhere else for your cabinets. This company is an absolute joke. Finally, beware of the “positive” reviews: some of them are fake. For example, the 5 star review left by Karl Spicer is a conflict of interest as Karl is the go-to contractor for Cabinets To Go. I know that because CTG initially assigned my project to him.

Ben was very knowledgeable and his customer service was great. He didn't try to over sell products and my mom was very satisfied with her choices.

We planned and purchased a complete kitchen renovation at the beginning of September. It is the end of the year and we are still lacking resolution to damage caused to the products by the installation team. Some cabinets remain completely unusable as the shelves fall out at even the lightest touch of a finger. The customer care team continues to “escalate” but no one ever calls or inspects the work. We were told new shelf clips would be sent for the shelves that fall to the floor and were sent ONE single clip. There are 20 clips that should have been replaced. Cabinets that qualified to be replaced due to installation damage were stashed in our garage and the broken wood was covered with paint instead. Paint that dripped on the new floors and was not wiped up. You won’t get any money back or service recovery and will be stuck with a literal broken product and no customer service follow up. If the price seems too good to be true, then I can assure you it is.
