This review is on behalf of my mother. We would highly recommend Parabar Estates for the sale of my property. Karim was extremely helpful in dealing with the sale. He communicated directly with my solicitors to help this process run quickly and smoothly.

We had a nightmare experience with Para Bar. They let the sale go through knowing full well the sellers were still living in the property, which turned out to be a hoarder hellhole— filled with rubbish, animal urine, and signs of drug use (see photos). They offered zero support post-sale. We were left to collect the keys ourselves from the sellers (who should never have had them), and when we called for help, they completely washed their hands of it. No duty of care. No follow-up. Karim was all talk during the sale, but once it completed, he vanished. He even pretended not to know my partner when she called for help. Trevor, bless him, is way past it and actually told the sellers they could leave stuff behind. Unbelievable. If you’re after the old-school, hands-off, “take your money and run” estate agent experience, go with Para Bar. Otherwise, save yourself the stress and go with someone like Tom at Stanton Hockett — they sold our house fast and supported us all the way through, even after the deal was done. Para Bar could learn a lot from them.
