DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON; The day I went, I asked Alma to touch up my baby lights at the roots because they had already grown out. I was so specific that I showed her photos of how my hair looked to give her an idea, and I repeated multiple times how I wanted it done. When my hair was finished, I noticed that she dyed it all orange and my roots were still the same (brown). The result was awful, so I had to go back to fix the mess Alma made. However, she couldn’t fix it, dyed it just as poorly, and on top of that, she burned my hair. Even the other hairstylist tried to help her with the tone, and they didn’t know how to fix it either. NOW MY HAIR IS DAMAGED AND POORLY DYED. I wanted it to look nice for Thanksgiving and the holiday season, and honestly, it would have been better if I hadn’t gone. Also, on the first day, Alma saw my hair and told me the service would cost $90. But when I went to pay for the color I didn’t ask for, she charged me $112, using the excuse that my hair is long. She already knew my hair was long, so it seemed strange to me. And when I asked her to fix my hair, she wanted to charge me again, even though it was her mistake. I’m attaching photos so you can see what I asked for, how healthy my hair was before, and the after pictures showing how damaged and poorly dyed it turned out. The first two photos show how I asked Alma to dye my hair (I showed her my photos). The third photo is how she dyed it orange. The fourth, fifth, and sixth photos show the result after it was dyed again and how my hair was burned.

I recently had my first permanent with Ali. 2 months ago she cut and styled a perm I had from a different salon; what a difference! I was amazed at how great she made me look, and feel! This Permanent Ali did was so much better than my others. My hair feels soft and lovely, it has curls, and is not kinky. I immediately loved the style she created for me. Thank you Ali. You are a talented and creative professional hairstylist. I am so glad I found you.

I always make a last- minute app't, and there's a steady turn- over of stylists, but I always get a decent cut. My last visit, my stylist was amazing! He asked questions and listened. Best haircut I've ever gotten there. I've never had color done there, but based on the haircut I just got, I'm going back for him to do color. Great prices, easy to book an app't online.
