Kira Mead and Danny Fernandez are smart, insightful, practical and organized real estate agents, and I would not buy a house in San Francisco without their guidance. I worked with Kira and Danny to determine if my spouse and I would make an offer on a very beautiful but structurally complex home on Corbett Street. I kept seeing Kira and her partner Danny's property listings, and I was impressed by the care they put into staging and marketing. I also knew from talking to Kira that she had a wonderful eye and a keen sense for the possibilities in a property. So I called and asked if she'd be willing to work with me on the potential offer. Kira and Danny kicked into gear immediately - providing relevant and helpful comps for the property, setting up a private walk-through of the home and then organizing a meeting with a highly experienced general contractor to help us to estimate the true cost of the repairs listed out in the disclosures. In all of the walk-throughs, both Kira and Danny gave immeasurable insight into how we might use the space or schedule out various repairs and upgrades to maximize our time and repair dollars. We ultimately determined that we would not be able to finance the repairs involved in the Corbett property, and so despite the fact that we loved the home, we walked away from negotiations. The house sold a few weeks later, right in line with what Kira and Danny had recommended that we bid. I was sad to see it go but also happy to have had such a great experience with the two of them. I felt like we were in very good hands throughout the process, and I highly recommend their services.

When we met Donna Solen from Real SF Properties we knew she had to be our realtor. My partner and I were super stressed about finding a place, our previous realtor had stopped working with us because we took so long finding a place, a the SF market was out of control. On our first meeting Donna told us that she would be as patient as necessary (and she was!) and explained the market to us very carefully. Her amazing sense of humor even made the process fun and we knew we were in good hands. Every time we were even slightly interested in a house, Donna would stay up all night long looking and marking up all the documents so we knew if there were any problems. She also has an amazing team to cover for her if she is ever away. The are all equally nice and brilliant about the market. In the end we got our perfect place at an amazing price.
