Ron and his team were amazing! We had a tricky situation - selling my mother in law's house from out of state. My mother in law had moved to an assisted living facility near us and was hospitalized multiple times which added to the complexity of the process. Ron was patient yet very effective at trying to keep us on schedule, and was super helpful with lining up and coordinating with contractors to take care of to-do items, as well as keeping us updated every step of the way. Ron is accredited as a Senior Real Estate Specialist by the National Association of Realtors, something that we specifically looked for in a realtor. I can't overstate how supported we felt through the whole process. He was very understanding whenever we encountered any setbacks, and always had helpful suggestions to keep moving forward. I also really appreciated how he always presented us with all our options, allowing us to choose the path that best suited our needs. Highly recommend Ron Trapasso and the dream team.
