Trailers and stuff in the way of where you have to dock, but I've seen worse. Lady in the office told me to fill out the white and the yellow pages in stacks at a desk. She said don't write the time on it though. Place seems decent, but use gloves when you touch their chocks. I got grease blobs on my hand and then subsequently on my pants from those things. Hats off to the older gentleman that loaded my trailer. He really did a fantastic job of balancing out the load. I included a photo of the scale ticket. The load is extremely heavy, but like I said, he balanced it perfectly.

Check in can be 3-5 miles away from your actual warehouse. Once checked in (make sure you park completely straight on a huge empty yard)..you are given a warehouse address and number. You can put it in gps. Loading is slow. For Exxon chemicals require 3 straps. They have restrooms for drivers at check in shack only.

Such a frustrating place with extremely rude staff. The old lady in the shipping and receiving office is very unprofessional, rude, and not helpful at all. She clearly doesn’t like answering questions or assisting drivers. Had to wait over 2 hours just to check in completely unacceptable.

Before you come here check you might need MT scale ticket to provide them here. I check in at 2 pm they send me immediately to warehouse #20. 5 miles away loaded in 15 min. 👍👍👍
