We had an overall bad experience with this company. I picked to use them because of the good reviews and the ease of getting a quote and scheduling. We scheduled a premium gutter clean for May 13 and they showed up May 9 without any warning. We do have gutter guards and I made sure that they knew that since it would probably be a little bit of a harder job. Crew was here less than 30 minutes total. Upon inspection of the gutters they were all still clogged and filled with debris. I sent an email with photos and I didn’t get a response so I called. The person on the phone acted annoyed and said he did get my email and would send out another crew. Same crew as the first time shows up a few days later. Once again done very quickly and not clean and filled with debris and clogs. I call again, person on the phone wants to know what I mean by their not clean and never once apologizes but says he’ll send another crew this time. Finally almost a month after my first appointment a crew shows up for the third time and actually gets them cleaned. The last crew did a really good job, were very professional, and actually apologized for the service we had received originally. I’m sure they have some really great crews, but our experience turned into such a hassle to get the service we paid for. I would definitely check their work if you use this company.

When my gutters got cleaned, they promised to clean up after themselves and there was stuff on my house from the gutters, and I had just power washed my house and they left stuff in my yard from the gutters that wasn’t cleaned up and they had to come back and clean up their mess After I called and complained. I was having a graduation party that weekend. It was very frustrating. They might say a 30 day rain guarantee, but make sure when they’re done with their job that they do it as promised. Will not use them again. FYI - never was mailed an invoice from this company to pay. They evidently just email you and that all went to my spam. I had twins graduating high school in May 20 25 and was also dealing with my brother who was murdered April 16, 2025. I did not not pay their bill intentionally. I have an amazing credit score. I pay my bills. They obviously just don’t know how to reach out to their clients properly.

We had Northside Window and Gutter Cleaning come out for a soft wash and window cleaning, and our house looks brand new! The team did amazing work — they go above and beyond. Punctual, professional, and detail-oriented (even their work vehicles are top-notch!). Highly recommend!

We contacted Northside to clean the outside windows and 2 very high skylights. On the day of the appointment we asked if we could add the interiors. The person we spoke to arranged the change. Drew and Micah showed up in the time frame promised and went right to work. They were efficient, but thorough, and did an excellent job. No mess, nothing unexpected, just really great teamwork. They communicated well and insured we were fully satisfied before leaving. We highly recommend them.
