Have been using Window Gene's window service for 4 years at our two business and home. Always do a fantastic job and the windows stay clean for months. The technicians are always friendly and very professional and respectful of our properties. I highly recommend having Window Gene clean your windows inside and out. The time savings is well worth it and you will love the results!!

I couldn't be more disappointed with Window Genie! The quality of their work was very good, but their estimate was beyond misleading! The original estimate was for $179. When the crew arrived they told me the cost would be over $500! To say the least this was shocking! It was going to cost more than double the estimate! The movers had just arrived and it was not a time when I needed to be dealing with this kind of situation. The final cost was $481.50, and I had to skip having all of the basement windows washed to get the cost below $500! I would never ever recommend this company. I feel they were beyond deceitful and totally unwilling to give me a more reasonable price. In all my many years of living I have never ever been in this kind of a situation where I was deceived and taken advantage of! Shame on them! I gave them one star only because zero stars was not an option. UPDATE! Eli indeed did everything he said in his response to this post! He called, he apologized profusely, and within the hour hand delivered to me at my home a full refund! In addition, he has committed to coming back and washing the three basement windows that I had to skip doing in order to get the cost down below $500! He is a man of his word, and I am impressed with the character that he showed! He more than did the right thing! Thank you Eli!
