I had my sprinkler system closed today. Afterwards my home filled with a loud noise and all my taps in the baths and both kitchens were vibrating. I had been referred to Mike a few days prior and so I called him. He was clear that he couldn't make it this evening but would come tomorrow morning. He told me I could call him tonight if I was concerned. I did call him and he came. He was like a detective. He followed the noise through the house and took care of the issue, even cutting and capping a line at this hour. It wasn't an emergency. He did it so I could sleep tonight. His work ethics were very impressionable but his kindness was outstanding. He has a customer as long as I live in this area. Sincerely, Colleen Kehl Ps. I also told Mike that I had a "whistling toilet" that he attempted to repair last night. He needed a part that he had used at his last house call so he told me he would be back today in the afternoon. He carries a lot of commonly used parts so he can accommodate his customers quickly. Mike said he would come this afternoon and and after a confirmation call, he was here at noon and the toilet fixed! Extremely reasonable and much, much more important, honest and a good person.
