For a women's health centre, I feel as though it should be more accessible for women to receive care here. They don't accept new patients. I recently moved to Windsor and I've been trying to book a pap test appointment in town as my family doctor is 3 hours away. It is very hard to find places that can do this for me. They recommended South Windsor Women's health centre, but they book 9 months out. Why is getting women's health care appointments so difficult.

I got to this Clinic shortly before 2:08 p.m. the doctor claims that it says that I wasn't there until 2:45 which I don't understand because I had asked at 2:30 how much longer it would be and I was told another 30 minutes I can go into further detail on how unorganized this place is but I don't have the time and they already threw me behind schedule an hour having to wait on them in the public waiting room and then in the doctor's office when I was called in I had to wait there another 10-15 minutes when I was told the doctor would be right in super unorganized very disappointed with this Clinic and it's supposed to also be connected to a spa where you're supposed to relax yeah right my anxiety is through the roof after being there being lied to and having to wait for over an hour to see someone mind you there was only 2 other people sitting in the public area with me
