Dr. Joe is rated 5 stars for a reason. I have never left an appointment with the pain I arrived in. I am an avid runner and often need adjustments during marathon training. Dr. Joe knows exactly what to do. I often think - maybe he's a magic healer? Book the appointment. You won't regret it

I was interested in becoming a new patient because Dr. Joe has great reviews, but unfortunately my experience with the front desk was very disappointing. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional. She yelled that she couldn’t hear me and then hung up. When I called back and left my information on the voicemail, nobody ever returned my call. On another attempt, a different person answered but was sarcastic and even laughed when I explained it was my first time and that I didn’t know any of the doctors there. Instead of helping me schedule an appointment for my work-related back injury, she dismissed me and said she couldn’t help. This kind of treatment makes it difficult for new patients to even see the doctor. It doesn’t reflect well on the clinic, and unfortunately I won’t be returning. Front desk staff should be patient, professional, and welcoming — especially to new patients.

Dr. Joe is always attentive and thorough. He takes the time to carefully assess my progress and explain the treatment plan in detail. The adjustments are precise and I noticed significant improvement in my headaches after just a few sessions. I would highly recommend Dr. Joe to anyone looking for a skilled chiropractor that genuinely cares about patient well-being! :)
