Corey at Wing 8 has provided the best service we have received in our 25 year home-ownership experience. We tried to fix the beetle problem on our own but it was too much when it looked like the beetles were boring into the wood floor. We called another, well-known/advertised, company first. Their quote was astronomical ($25k!), we would have to be gone a week, and they warned us of catastrophic damage if we didn’t act fast. Corey was able to come out same day and give a second opinion. So much more knowledgeable about what all the bugs were, and the actual treatment needed actually fit our budget. Corey is professional and didn’t try to rush a decision. He gave several options and explained how everything worked. We have already completed the first treatment and decided to stay on a quarterly plan with Wing 8 and Corey. There were SO MANY bugs that died off on day 1!! And it was safe for us and our pets to go back to life as usual in just an hour after treatment. We cannot recommend Corey enough, he really made us feel comfortable in our home again and calmed the panic that had set in from the first quote from the other place. Plus, if we do see bugs before our next scheduled treatment, we don’t have to wait! Corey will come back at no extra charge and take care of it. We feel so reassured and totally recommend him to everyone.

Corey and Ishmael we awesome, they were very professional and personable. Corey went over all the service details with me, followed up for any questions, and went straight to work. Fast service, was able to get a service appointment next day and they arrived early!

I usually don’t post reviews but I could not let this one slide. My recent experience with this company was terrible. My husband and I were out of state during our last scheduled service. I called to inform them that we traveled out of the state and therefore, would like to cancel. No one picked up so I left a voicemail. Long story short, one of their technicians still came to our house and only treated the outside of the house despite my husband specifically telling him through the blink doorbell that no one was home and we called previously to cancel. They ended up charging me $159 for partial service that we didn’t authorized. When I called their boss to complain that I left a voicemail that we wanted to cancel, his response was that they don’t have a voicemail set up which was a lie! He also told me that their main service is usually the outside of the house and not the inside which was another lie. That was an excuse to justify his partial service that I did not authorized! I demanded for the charges to be reversed but he refused. I ended up filing a claim. I wouldn’t recommend this company. They have lazy technicians who only want to do the minimum. My advice is just go to Lowe’s and purchase the pesticide products you need. They have everything you need and You will end up spending a lot less! I also remember requesting that they treat the spiders in my house and the product they use was ineffective! I was a new homeowner when I signed up with these guys but now I know better.
