Didnt think i would ever find the manufacturer of the window handles but I did.Used the chat window on site and spoke to Digital Marketing Manager Dan /white who passed the info to Sarah Heywood.A few pictures and emails later an envelope arrived containig the lock and screw covers as promisesd.
